The Applicants apprehend their arrest in MECR No.5 of 2019 for offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467 and 471 r/w 34 of 1/2

The Applicants were granted interim bail on 29/10/2020. Learned APP states that presence of the Applicants in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1109 of 2023 is not required for further interrogation since they are senior citizens.

As stated earlier, the Applicants are on interim bail, since 29/10/2020. For the reasons recorded in the said order, interim bail stands confirmed.

The Applicants in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1108 of 2023 shall report to the Investigating Officer on 16/08/2023 and 17/08/2023 between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and further as and when required by the Investigating Officer for the purpose of investigation. 5.

The Applicants shall keep the Investigating Officer informed of their current address and mobile contact numbers, and /or change of residence or mobile details, if any, from time to time. 6.

The Applications as well as interim applications stand disposed of.
