DATED : 14th OCTOBER, 2022 P.C:- The learned APP has placed on record the report of the Forensic Analysis of the CCTV footage in which the identity of the applicant and the deceased is clearly established on the basis of the reference photographs. The deceased is seen in the company of the applicant on 7.54.46 and he is seen returning all alone on 8/19/33. The examination report dated 7/10/2022 is perused by me and returned to the Investigating Officer. On being confronted of the said report, the learned counsel for the applicant seek permission to withdraw the application. Permission is granted.
