1] Heard learned counsel for parties.

2] By this Contempt Petition, Petitioner is alleging that the respondent/husband failed and neglected to comply orders dated 8th November, 2019 and 6th December, 2019 passed by this Court in Civil Application No.167 of 2019 in FCA No.56 of 2017. 3] Learned counsel for Petitioner submits that on the date of filing of the Contempt Petition sum of Rs.2,00,000/- was due and payable by the respondent-husband. He submits that these facts are recorded by this Court in order dated 22nd October, 2020 in the present proceedings.

(12) CP-190-20 4] After arguing for some time, learned Senior Counsel for respondent-husband made a statement before this Court that, they are ready and wiling to pay the said amount of Rs.2,00,000/- to the Petitioner-wife on or before 12th November, 2020. He submits that the respondent-husband will transfer the said amount in the account of minor daughter Sia within time. Statement is accepted. 5] In view of the statement made by learned senior counsel for respondent-husband and as they are ready and willing to comply the order, following order is passed :

a] Respondent-husband to deposit the sum of Rs.2,00,000/- in the daughter Sia's account on or before 12th November, 2020. b] Contempt Petition stands disposed of as respondenthusband is paying the amount. c] No order as to costs.

d] Family Court Appeal to be placed on board for hearing on preliminary issues about maintainability on 25th November, 2020. e] order.
