The learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to delete names of Respondent Nos. 2, 4 and 5, who are reported to be dead. It is submitted that the legal representatives of Respondent Nos. 2, 4 and 5 have intimated that they have no objection for the Petitioner and the remaining Respondents settling the dispute, as per the consent terms.

In any event, the deletion of Respondent Nos. 2, 4 and 5 is allowed at the risk of the Petitioner. The deletion be carried out forthwith.

The learned counsel for the parties have tendered consent 1 / 2

They admit correctness of the contents of the consent terms. The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that petition may be disposed of in view of the consent terms.
