The matter was considered at some length in the open court yesterday. The complainant/respondent no.3 then orally gave no objection for quashing of the report and consequential proceedings lodged by him.

Her daughter, victim was also present with the petitioner no.1 . Petitioner no.1 has married her and she has joined in the prayer along with the other petitioners. She is petitioner no.2 in the matter. She is carrying and due any time. 3.

Considering this position and no objection given by respondent no. 3, respondent no.3 was asked to visit the nilegaonkar 1/2

Today it is reported that she went to the house of the petitioners and had only a glass of water and left within five minutes.

We had yesterday only excused the parties from personal appearance today.

In view of the no objection given by respondent no. 3 and the developments noted supra and as the victim and petitioner no.1 are happily married and staying together with the other family members, we make the rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (b).
