The writ jurisdiction of this Court is invoked against the order dated 10/3/2015 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Konkan Division by which order the objection filed by the Petitioner questioning the maintainability of the Municipal Disqualification Petition No.26 of 2014 came to be rejected.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner Shri A R Gole states that he may be permitted to withdraw the above Petition with liberty to raise the challenge raised in the above Petition after the said Municipal Disqualification Petition is finally decided and if the occasion so arises to challenge the impugned order. The above Writ Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. [R.M.SAVANT, J] lgc
