Learned counsel for the parties submit that the question involved in this petition has already been considered and decided by the Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 08/08/2011 passed in WP No. 7034 of 2010. It is also the case of the parties, that the controversy was initially set at right as back as on 2.8.2002 in Writ Petition No. 1612 of 1991 at Nagpur Bench of this Court and the said order of Nagpur Bench has been confirmed by the Supreme Court in the Special leave to Appeal (Civil) No.
31-wp-5270.2014.sxw CC7222 of 2003 on 29.8.2003.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of this petition on the same terms on which Writ Petition No. 7034 of 2010 has been disposed of. The order passed and the directions contained in the said order shall apply to this matter also. As a result, we direct the respondents to take immediate steps to pay the arrears if any to each of the petitioner along with interest thereon as paid to other employees until the amount is actually released to each of the petitioner. Let it be done within three months from today. 4.
