The Learned Addl PP states on the basis of the report dated 1-92017 of the Senior Inspector of Police that a inquiry has been conducted into the allegations of the Petitioner as comprised in the Petitioner's complaint dated 14-11-2014 We therefore direct the Senior Inspector of Police Kherwadi, Police Station, Bandra , to inform the Petitioner of the outcome of the said inquiry within two weeks from date. It is contingent upon the communication that the Petitioner would receive from the Senior Inspector of Police that the Petitioner can decide the future course of action.
