Sathe, (Retired), A802 Ruturang Apartment, Behind Paranjape School, Kothrud, Pune-411 038 is appointed as the Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties arising out of the development agreement dated 9th August, 2004. The parties are at liberty to file fresh pleadings before the learned Arbitrator.
