Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned APP for Respondent No.2-State.

The Petitioner challenges the order passed by learned Sessions Judge in Criminal Appeal No.401 of 2014 directing the Petitioner to pay interim maintenance of Rs.1,000/-p.m. to Respondent No.1 i.e. his wife. The Petitioner was earlier directed to pay Rs.2,000/- p.m. to Respondent No.1 by the order of the Magistrate. Order of the Magistrate has been modified by the learned megha Page No.1 of 2
916_1884_15.doc Sessions Judge and in my opinion there is no scope for interference in the said order as it is an interim order and moreover amount of Rs.1,000/- is not a huge amount, which could be reconsidered again. 4.
