After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant at length and after taking into consideration the serious allegations against the applicant, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to surrender before the Investigating Officer on or before 11.00 a.m on 26th June 2018. 2.

It is made clear that, the period to surrender shall not be further extended on any count and if the applicant fails to surrender before the Investigating Officer on the afore-stated time and date, the concerned Investigating Officer is at liberty to arrest the applicant Aarti Palkar 1/2
