Learned APP has tendered across bar a report prepared and signed by the Senior Jailor, Taloja Central Prison, Navi Mumbai. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 2.
Upon perusal of the contents, it is submitted that the petitioner is transferred to Nashik Central Prison on 28.09.2019. The main grievance of the petitioner is for expeditious trial. However, it appears that after filing the petition trial has been proceeded in MCOC Case No. 09 of 2010 and same has been concluded.

In that view of the matter, the grievance of the petitioner does not subsists. Hence, Writ Petition stands disposed of. 4.
In view of the disposal of the writ petition the Criminal Application No. 505 of 2017 will not survives for consideration hence, same stands disposed of.
