2] The Labour Court has already permitted the Petitioner to withdraw the amount of Rs.2 lakh out of the total amount of approximately Rs.7 lakh. Now it is submitted that the Petitioner requires the amount to undertake the Hajj Pilgrimage. 3] As the Petitioner being the only one legal heir, she is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.3,50,000/- only. 4] The Writ Petition is allowed in above terms.
