Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner tenders a copy of the decree dated 27th July, 2017 passed by the Family Court, Thane between the parties. He submits that in view of the said decree, the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this writ petition. A copy of the decree is taken on record.

The Writ Petition No.1683 of 2016 is dismissed as withdrawn in view of the decree passed by the Family Court, Thane on 27th July, 2017. No order as to costs.
