By order dated 4th May 2018 it was recorded that the counsel for applicants had tendered an undertaking of applicant no.2 dated 4th May 2018, which was taken on record. As per the said undertaking, the applicant no.2 had undertaken to pay Rs.1,50,000/- every week till entire payment and Rs.22,21,310/- is deposited. The applicant was directed to deposit said amount in the registry of this Court every week as per undertaking. It was further directed that the amounts so deposited will be invested by registry for a short term. The advocate for applicants submits that the amount, as submitted in order dated 4th May 2018, has been deposited by the applicants.

In the circumstances, interim order dated 4th May 2018 is required to be confirmed. Hence, I pass following order :

ORDER

(i) Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.811 of 2018 is allowed;

(ii) In the event of arrest of applicants in connection with CR No.43 of 2018 registered with Nerul Police Station, Navi Mumbai, the applicants be released on bail on furnishing PR bond in sum of Rs.15,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount; (iii) The applicants shall report the investigating officer of Nerul Police Station as and when called for;

(iv) The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence; (v) The direction issued by this Court vide order dated 4th May 2018 to invest the amounts deposited by the applicants, shall continue till further orders.
