Learned APP submits that the E.O.W. has taken over the investigation of complaint of Mr. Indur Thanwardas Dadlani i.e. MECR No. 4 of 2014 registered at Gamdevi Police Station and on 2/9/2016 it has been re-numbered as EOW MECR No. 6 of 2016. The investigation is entrusted to Unit -V of EOW.
