Respondent Ashwin Ramkumar Shrigiriparty in person is present. By this Misc.Civil Application, applicant is seeking transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No.96/2015 filed by Respondent/husband for divorce u/s 13(1) (ia) (ib) before Civil Judge, Senior Division, 1/3

Aurangabad to Family Court, at Pune for hearing and final disposal on merits.

Respondent Mr.Ashwin Ramkumar Shrigiri, party in person filed afÏdavit dated 23.8.2019. He entered into witness box. The Court Associate examined his Aadhar Card, same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. By this afÏdavit, the Respondent Ashwin Ramkumar Shrigiri states that he has no objection if Hindu Marriage Petition No. 96/2015 is transferred for hearing and final disposal to Family Court Pune.

In view of afÏdavit dated 23.8.2019 filed by Respondent Ashwin Shrigiri, party in person, by consent of both parties following order is passed.

a)Hindu Marriage Petition No.96/2015 filed by respondent/husband u/s 13(1)(ia)(ib) of Hindu Marriage Act for divorce before Civil Judge, Senior Division, Aurangabad to Family Court at Pune for hearing and final disposal on its own merits.

b) Both the parties are directed to remain 2/3

present before Family Court at Pune on 8.11.2019 for further directions.

c) Miscellaneous Civil Application stands disposed of.

d) No order as to cost.
