By an order dated 15.10.2016 the applicant was granted interim relief and was directed to deposit an amount of Rs.50,000/in the registry of this Court within a period of four weeks from 15.10.2016. As the applicant failed to comply with the said order, by an order dated 11.7.2017 the interim relief granted by an order dated 15.10.2016 was vacated. By further order dated 7.8.2017 the applicant was directed to comply with the order dated 15.10.2016.
