1] The present petition is directed against the interlocutory Orders dated 22.3.2017 and 18.4.2017 passed by the learned Member of the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Mumbai in Revision (L) No.116 of 2017. By the impugned Orders, the Tribunal has granted interim stay to the Order dated 14.9.2015. By Order dated 18.4.2017, the learned Member of the Tribunal has further ordered that interim relief to continue till further orders.

wp.5293-2017 2] The petitioner is having substantive alternate remedy of filing an application for vacating the stay and/or for modification of interim order passed by the concerned Tribunal.

3] In view thereof, the petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file a application for vacating interim relief and/or modification of Order dated 18.4.2017.

4] In case the petitioner files such an application, the learned Member of the Tribunal is requested to decide it as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 3 weeks from the date of filing of such an application.
