By this petition, the petitioner seeks appointment of an independent agency to conduct investigation of his complaint dated 7th April, 2021. The said complaint is at 'Exhibit-C' at page 17 of the petition.

Learned Addl.P.P, on instructions states that the Police have Wakodikar 1/2

28. WP 2443-2021.doc registered an NC pursuant to the petitioner's complaint dated 7th April, 2021.

In view of the same, nothing survives for further consideration in the aforesaid petition.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.

Needless to state, that it is open for the petitioner to file an appropriate proceeding, as maintainable in law, before the appropriate Court.
