Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Following order is passed by consent.

(i) The Advocate for the Respondent states that the cheque of Rs.1,05,000/- issued in favour of the Applicant shall be honoured upon its presentation. The undertaking is accepted.

(ii)The Applicant who is residing at Burhanpur shall attend the Court at Kalyan to defend the proceedings filed by the Respondent. However, since travelling from Burhanpur to Kalyan will involve an overnight stay and her brother too will accompany her to Mumbai. The Respondent shall pay Rs.2000/- towards her travelling expenses as well as the travelling expenses of the escort as well as their boarding and lodging expenses on every date of hearing. The same shall be paid by cash on the date

kpd 2 / 2 23-MCA-144-2015.sxw of each hearing whether the matter proceeds or is adjourned for any reason whatsoever and the Applicant shall forthwith issue a receipt for the same. (iii)The Court at Kalyan shall expedite the hearing of the Marriage Petition No.1164 of 2014 and endevour to dispose off the same within a period of six months from the date of this order.
