Heard the learned Advocates for the parties and the following order is passed by consent :

(i) The impugned order dated 22-03-2016 passed by the Member, Industrial Court, Thane, is set aside.

(ii)The Industrial Court shall decide Complaint (ULP) No.5 of 2015 within a period of four months from the date of this order. (iii)If in the meantime, Respondent Nos.4 and 5 are promoted by the Respondent No.1, their promotion shall be subject to the final orders passed in Complaint (ULP) No.5 of 2015.

(iv)The parties and/or their Advocates shall appear before the Member, Industrial Court, Thane, on 3 rd November, 2017 at 11.00 a.m., and after producing a SSP 1/2

wp 6449 of 2016 (921).sxw copy of this order, obtain necessary directions. (v) The Industrial Court, Thane, shall not grant adjournments to either sides unless absolutely necessary.
