The prayer of the Petitioner to supply him case diary and lockup diary is not tenable in eyes of law. As far as request for supplying station diary of the Petitioner is concerned, the Petitioner can make such prayer at the time of leading evidence when he would confront the concerned SHO.

The request of Petitioner to supply him charge sheet will be considered by Trial Court at the stage of Section 207 of Cr.P.C and direction to that effect from this Court is not necessary. 3.

According to us petition is misconceived and is dismissed in limine.
