Learned APP produced on record medical report of Petitioner dated 3rd February, 2023 signed by Medical Officer, Kalyan District Prison, Kalyan. It is stated therein that, Petitioner was having history of itching over body and he was accordingly treated with anitifungal and anti scabies medicines. The Petitioner was also examined in the Skin Camp held in the prison and has been given medication for his said condition. In view thereof, the grievance of Petitioner about, not providing medical facility to him by Jail Authority does not survive. 2.

Learned APP further on instructions from Senior Police Inspector, Mahatma Phule Police Station, Kalyan submitted that, in Sessions Case arising out of C.R. No. 122 of 2018 the Trial Court has framed charge and the prosecution may examine 14 witnesses in support of its case. 1/2

CAJ 53-Wp-6558-2021.odt As far as C. R. No. 161 of 2020 is concerned till date the charge has not been framed in the said case by the Trial Court. That, in that said case prosecution may examine 8 witnesses in support of its case. 3.

In view of the above, according to us nothing further survives in the Petition atleast as of today.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
