The petitioner is original accused in a complaint alleging offences under Sections 403, 406, 418, 420, 384 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860. The order impugned is the order of issuance of process.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner has produced on record death certificate of petitioner which shows that the petitioner died on 13th October 2022. The Death Certificate is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 3.

In that view of the matter, the Petition abates.
