Ms. Helekar, the learned counsel for the respondents in both these petitions states that the respondents have already handed over the vacant possession of the suit premises to the petitioners. The learned counsel for the petitioner, confirms that the petitioners have obtained the possession of the suit premises from the respondents. 5.
In view of the aforesaid, both these petitions are disposed of in terms of the consent terms now handed in.

The Darkhast Application No.273/1994 and 275/1994 taken out by the petitioners also stand disposed of. The petitioners to file authenticated copy of this order before the executing Court and obtain formal order for the disposal of the Darkhast Application. (M. S. SONAK, J.) Habeeb 2/2
