P.C.:- The Petitioners have approached this Court and prayed for setting aside School Transfer/Leaving Certificate dated 1 April 2017 and 6 April 2017. The Petitioners are the parents of the minor children taking education in Respondent No.1 School under the Management of Respondent No.2.

However, during the pendency of the Petition, the dispute has been amicably resolved between the parties. The Petitioners are 1/2

ssm 2 51-wp5247.17.sxw personally present in the Court. They have placed Photostat copy of their Pan Cards in support of their identification. The parties have placed the consent terms on record. The said consent terms is duly signed by the Petitioners, as well as, Respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Writ Petition stands therefore, disposed of in terms of consent terms, which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
