After hearing both the parties for sometime, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is in jail for more than two years, she is a lady & is the Karta of her family, hence, direction be given to the trial Court to dispose off the pending matter within six months. 3.
I have heard both learned counsel.

As the Applicant is in jail more than two years, Trial Court is requested to dispose off the matter as early as possible, preferably within one year after receipt of the order.
