This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of Rs.2,50,000/- deposited by the respondent No.1 (the original applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No.3101 of 2022) before this Court. The learned Counsel for the respondent No.1 on instructions submits that the respondent No.1 has no objection if the prayer made in the application is allowed. Hence the order :
