Heard Mr. Goswami, learned Counsel for the Applicant and Mr. Malshe, learned APP for the Respondent-State. 2.

After arguing the matter for some time, Mr. Goswami, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the Bail Application, as this Court has shown its disinclination to grant bail. However, he states that the Applicant is incarcerated since 19th May 2023.

Accordingly, liberty is granted to the Applicant to file a fresh Bail Application after a period of 10 months, if there is no substantial progress in the trial.

The Bail Application is disposed of as such with liberty as aforesaid.
