The above Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay in filing the above First Appeal which has been dismissed in view of the fact that the advocate for the Applicant/Appellant did not file any letter or intimated the office as regards the payment of costs of Rs.5000/- which was to be deposited with the Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Bombay. The learned counsel for the Applicant/Appellant Ms. Prachi Sawant states that the costs in fact were paid in terms of the order dated 12/03/2015, but the receipt remained to be filed with the Registry. The said receipt is now annexed to the praecipe filed on behalf of the Applicant.
