Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This is an application seeking stay to the effect, operation, implementation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 29.10.2015 passed by the M.A.C.T., Sangli in M.A.C.P. No.40 of 2014. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants has deposited the entire amount of compensation in the Tribunal as per the award. In view thereof, the order of ad interim stay, granted earlier, is confirmed till the decision of the appeal.
