This Application is made by the State Government for extension of time to file Affidavit-in-Reply as per order dated 06.03.2018 and 10.04.2018.

Considering the submissions made by the learned AGP for the State and the reasons given in the Civil Application, we are satisfied that a case is made out for extension of time to file Affidavit-in-Reply till today.

61.972.18-caw.doc In view of extension of time to file Affidavit-in-Reply, there is no question of payment of cost of Rs.25000/- as awarded by this court by order dated 06.03.2018.

The learned AGP submits that as per order dated 10.04.2018, Mr. Avinash Subhedar, Collector, Kolhapur, Mr. nandkumar Katkar, Additional Collector, Kolhapur and Mrs. Manisha Kumbhar, Dy. Collector (Resettlement Officer), Kolhapur are present in court. Their presence is recorded. They also assured that, in future, they will direct the concerned officers to comply with the orders passed by this court. Hence, following order is passed:

Time to file Affidavit in reply as per order dated 06.04.2018 and 10.04.2018 is extended till today. b.

Affidavit in reply filed by the Respondent State in the Writ Petition across the Bar is taken on record.

c.

In view filing of Affidavit in reply, payment of cost of Rs.25,000/- is waived.

d.
