Heard the learned APP. She points out that prisoner is habituated to make complaints against Jail officers. Our attention is invited to letter dated 25th December 2014 sent after due inquiry in this respect by Superintendent of Mumbai Central Jail to Special DIG Prisons, South Region, Byculla. We find that recent grievance has been made vide letter dated 30th March 2015 which is about four years old there is no other complaint thereafter.

We therefore dispose of these proceedings.

We however grant petitioner leave to approach again if he has got any grievance. This order be communicated to prisoner in jail. Petition is accordingly disposed of.
