2) We had directed orally issuance of notice to Pune Municipal Corporation and Mr. Kanetkar appearing for the Petitioner states that notice was served after the earlier adjournment on the Municipal Corporation. WP.4594.2015.901.doc 3) We are of the view that it is not necessary to go into further details of the controversy, bearing in mind this limited request. In view of the pendency of the complaint/application, the competent authority of Pune Municipal Corporation shall decide this complaint/application within a period of four weeks from today.

4) We clarify that we have not expressed any opinion on the rival contentions.

5) Our attention has been invited to an order passed on 7th May, 2015 on this Writ Petition. That directs the Respondents to maintain status quo as prevailing on 7th May, 2015 till next date of hearing. We are informed that the status quo as on 7th May, 2015 is prevailing today as well. In the light of the above, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of all parties, we direct that the ad-interim order dated 7th May, 2015 shall continue till disposal of the complaint. The complaint be decided expeditiously and within a period of four weeks as directed above. All contentions of all parties and on all issues are kept open.
