P.C.:- 1] This is an application for condonation of delay of 555 days in filing the application for restoration of Writ Petition No.7748 of 2014, which was dismissed for none removal of office objection by an Order dated 25th August, 2016 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I). It appears from the pleadings of the application that no sufficient cause to condone the said colossal and inordinate delay is made out. 2] The learned counsel for the respective respondents vehemently opposed the application.

CRP 2 4-CAW-2080-2018 .doc therefore make a statement that the applicant is ready and willing to pay a cost of Rs.50,000/- to the High Court Legal Service Committee. The said statement is accepted.
3] Subject to payment of cost of Rs.50,000/- within a period of four weeks from today. The delay is condoned and application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) of para No.6. Application is allowed in the above terms.
