Heard. By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner challenges order dated 01.12.2014 passed by the 2nd Civil Judge, Junior Division, Sangli below exhibit 168 in special civil suit No. 134/2001 rejecting the plaintiff's application for amendment in the plaint. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondent defendant No.2 makes a statement that special civil suit No. 138/2001 stood dismissed on 14.09.2015. In support of this contention, he placed on record a copy of plaint along with order. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. Same stands rejected as infructuous.
