We have carefully perused the contents of the application written by the petitioner on 22.03.2015 addressed to the Hon'ble the Chief Justice of this Court.

On perusal of the said contents we feel that vague and general allegations are made without particulars and dates of incident. In that view of the matter, we are enable him to consider the prayer of the petitioner. Hence, petition stands rejected.
