Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned counsel for the Respondents.

The learned counsel submits that the Petitioners would make an application/representation to CIDCO, with regard to the construction carried out by the Petitioners. In case such an Application is made within one week from today then the CIDCO may consider the said application/representation and decide on its own merits.

The Petitioners shall not carry out further construction, till the Application is decided 4.

In case the Application is not filed by the Petitioners within one week with CIDCO, then the Planning Authority may proceed further.

The further steps be taken pursuant to the decision taken by the Planning Authority upon the representation of the Petitioners.
