bsb 2 CAF2040-767.14.doc Motor Accident Claims Tribunal.

In the facts of the case, we permit each of the claimants to withdraw a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- on furnishing solvent surety/ security for a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- each. It would mean that the claimants would not be required to furnish security for withdrawal of Rs.10,00,000/- each. The balance amount may be placed in a fixed deposit account of a nationalized bank for a period of three years and the same should be renewed from time to time during the pendency of the first appeal.

The civil applications are allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
