The consent terms entered into between the Applicant nos. 1 to 4 viz. Mr. Arun Bhau Babar, Mr. Raghunath Balu Girdale, Mr. Pandrinath B. Bhoir, Mr. Vinod Kishna Raut and the Transport Manager, Thane Municipal Transport Undertaking, duly signed and executed by the said parties is tendered on record and marked as "X" for identification.

In the backdrop of the aforesaid consent terms, the petitioners are permitted to delete the names of the said persons from the array of the respondents.

The contents of the consent terms are duly admitted and identified by the aforesaid four employees of the Thane Municipal Transport Undertaking, which are duly identified through photocopies of the Aadhar Cards of the said employees and statement of counsels representing them.

Appropriate amendment to be carried out within four weeks. 5.

The petition stands disposed of against the said employees in the above terms. However, the petition survives against the other employees.

The Interim Application stands allowed in the above terms. 7.

Stand over to 05/09/2022.
