Clarifying the matter, learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that following the order dated 22nd April, 2019 auction was held on 23rd April, 2019, but no bid was received. Therefore, there has to be fresh auction now.

In view of the aforesaid developments, no live issue survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 5.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of, as withdrawn.
