Petitioner is before this Court with a limited grievance of non-completion of investigation pursuant to FIR bearing Crime No. 0082/2021 dated 16th March, 2021. Copy of the said FIR / complaint is placed on record at Exhibit B, page 23.

Learned APP, on instructions, submitted that post lodgment of the report, statement of witnesses were recorded, victim was subjected to medical examination, arrest of accused was effected and on completion of investigation the investigating officer Umesh

10.WP.3995.2022.doc has submitted charge-sheet on 25th January, 2022 and after committal the case is now pending before the competent Court.

In view of the status of the matter referred to above by learned APP, the Counsel for Petitioner fairly submitted that the grievance raised in the Petition no more survives.

In view of the above, Writ Petition is disposed of.
