By this First Appeal, the Appellant Insurance Co. challenges the judgment and award dated 14.11.2014 passed by the MACT, Pune in MACP No.226/2009 on the ground that vehicle insured with them was not involved in the said accident. Hence, the Insurance Co. is not liable to pay the compensation.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellant following order is passed:
