Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The challenge is to the notice issued by the Member Secretary of the Kolhapur Regional Planning Board by which a draft regional plan for Kolhapur region prepared under the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act,1966 has been notified and objections and suggestions thereto have been called for. At this stage, no interference is called for in writ

wp6319group jurisdiction. If at all draft regional plan is approved by the State Government, the petitioners can always challenge the same in accordance with law on all permissible grounds.

Subject to what is observed above, writ petitions are rejected.
