Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Senior Police Inspector attached to M.H.B. Colony Police Station, Mumbai, submitted that, the hearing of MCOC Case No. 581 of 2020 has already commenced. That, the prosecution as of today has examined 02 witnesses and 15 witnesses are yet to be examined. He submitted that, the last date of hearing before the Trial Court was scheduled on 27th January 2023.

In view of above, present Petition as of today does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
