When this court declined to entertain the Writ Petition, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he received instructions from his client to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file an appropriate appeal before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal. He submits that the ad-interim protection granted by this court on 20.04.2018 to continue for some time. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
