Learned A.P.P. on instructions from Police Inspector (Crime), Nehru Nagar Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, as of today the prosecution has examined first informant (PW-1) and the cross examination of PW-2 is in progress. That, there are total 13 witnesses. The next date of hearing of the said case i.e. Sessions Case No. 822 of 2016 is 10.02.2023. 2.
