Learned APP, on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Thane Central Prison, Thane, submitted that, in pursuance of the order passed by Sessions Court, at Dindoshi, Mumbai, dated 6th April 2022 in Sessions Case No.144 of 2016, the Petitioner has been released on bail from jail.

In view thereof, Petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedy for the grievance mentioned in the petition. According to us, the grievance of Petition as of today does not survive. 3.

The Petition is accordingly disposed off.
