P.C.:- Mr. Patil, learned APP on instructions from Superintendent, Nashik-Road Central Prison submitted that, subsequent to the rejection of Application dated 17th August, 2020 for furlough leave, Petitioner was released on furlough leave on 16th February, 2022 for a period of 28 days. That, Petitioner has reported back to the Jail Authority one day prior i.e. on 9th March, 2022.

In view of the above, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
